Chloe Adams
Chloe brings her knowledge and passion to the judging table, eager to support the next generation of dancers and inspire every performer to feel seen, confident, and empowered on stage. With over a decade of teaching experience, she guest instructs and choreographs at studios across the country. Her performance highlights include two national tours with Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical, sharing the stage with Broadway stars in The Big Fat Broadway Show, and West Side Story at the Bombay Beach Biennale, among other credits. Chloe has also had the opportunity to work with acclaimed choreographers Jillian Meyers and Michael Riccio. In addition to her teaching and performance work, she adjudicates for multiple national dance competitions. Chloe is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Vikas Arun
Vikas is the first South Asian to be sponsored by the dancewear giant Capezio, to receive a residency at the historic American Tap Dance Foundation, and to perform in the worldwide sensation STOMP. He has performed on TV with Good Morning America, NBC’s New Amsterdam, and So You Think You Can Dance, in commercials for J. Crew and Vogue, and on stage for 50,000 people at the Houston Texans stadium for the President of the United States. His company, Project Convergence, is known for uniting tap dance with Bharatanatyam, a classical Indian percussive dance form. They have performed at Lincoln Center and Alvin Ailey while being featured in The New York Times and The Hindu. Vikas is a guest instructor at Broadway Dance Center and Columbia University and is sought after around the world for his ability to challenge and inspire his students. He is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Derek Crescenti
Derek Crescenti is a performer and dance educator whose work is shaped by his experiences dancing as a freelance concert dance artist in New York City and Seattle with choreographers Chase Brock, Donald Byrd, Daniel Gwirtzman, Larry Keigwin, Mark Morris, David Parker, and Megan Williams, among others, as well as performing with the repertory company 10 Hairy Legs. Derek is a rehearsal associate and re-stager for Donald Byrd and Larry Keigwin, and has taught at The Taylor School in NYC and DeSales University, and is currently an Assistant Professor of Dance at Montclair State University. His choreography has been presented at festivals across the country, and his dance research has been shared at the NDEO National Conference and published in the Journal of Dance Education. Derek holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan and an MFA in Dance from the University of Washington, and is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Alexis Evans
Alexis Evans hales from Denver, CO where she attended Colorado Mesa University as a dance major. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Performance while on the coveted Moss Performing Arts Dance Scholarship. Alexis performed as a full time dancer at Six Flags Magic Mountain, a Main Stage Dancer for EDC Las Vegas and EDC Mexico for five consecutive years, a member of the Pro Dance Team, Ladies of Ontario Fury and performed in the world renowned Dolby Theatre in Hollywood with Armenian singer, Harout Baylon. She has also danced in music videos with Maroon 5, Shinedown and Disney pop singer, Megan Nicole. She was featured in the 2019 Ivy Park x Adidas campaign as well as the latest Dick’s Sporting Goods commercial supporting all female athletes. She was also the featured actor in the 2021 Spectrum SportsNet commercial. Most recently Alexis danced in the NBA last season for the Sacramento Kings, she is a commercial dancer and athlete with The Movement Talent Agency in L.A., and a graduate student working on her Master of Arts degree in Dance Education at the nationally ranked, California State University Long Beach. She just moved to Las Vegas where she danced under notable choreographers, Napoleon & Tabatha (NappyTabs) for the J Balvin and Will.I.Am opening ceremony performance at Formula 1 - Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Vanessa Huntoon
Vanessa is originally from Phoenix, Az. She was chosen to be one of the twenty on scholarship at the prestigious Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood. After the year program she signed with an agent and started working professionally for 15 years. Her career highlights include Glee, How I Met Your Mother, American Dreams, Victorious, Fired Up, MTV Movie Awards, Dancing with Stars , So You Think You Can Dance Promo, and danced for Justin Timberlake, Cher, Eminem, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pussy Cat Dolls to name a few. She did commercials for GAP, IPOD, Honda, Lexus, Quaker. She now lives, teaches jazz, ballet, lyrical, acro, tap and ballroom. She choreographs in Arizona and all over the country. She was a competition kid growing up and loves judging now as a teacher. She is also on the roster of Dance Competition Judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Jonathan McGill
Jonathan a Los Angeles native, received his BFA in dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After graduating, he had the honor of dancing with Beyoncé in a surprise benefit concert in New York, thus jump-starting his career in dance. Career highlights include: the Broadway and tour companies of Wicked, the national tour of Movin’ Out (working with dance legend Twyla Tharp), the Radio City Christmas Spectacular (starring the Rockettes), Mamma Mia (La Mirada Theater), and Tale of the Lion King (Disneyland). Other credits: Hacks (HBOMax), Street Jazz with Rhapsody, as well as being “Rotten to the Core” with Sofia Carson for ¡Feliz 2016! (Univision). Jonathan McGill is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Amber Nadelkov
Amber is a choreographer, teacher, dancer and creator in the Central Florida area. After spending many years expanding on her creative knowledge, vocabulary and experience in cities such as Tampa, New York City and Nashville, she maintained an active performing career at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL where she performed as an Actors Equity dancer on Cinderella’s Castle Stage at the Magic Kingdom and Beauty and the Beast, Live Onstage at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. She performed alongside artists such as Disney’s Descendants and Meghan Trainor for nationally televised Disney Christmas specials. Has danced back up for LeAnn Rimes, Deborah Cox, and Debbie Gibson for events and live performances. She is a choreographer, teacher, staging specialist, and event manager for multiple production companies across the country. Most recently she choreographed an AEA productions of Rock of Ages and Something Rotten! in Winter Garden, FL with casts including Broadway veterans such as Justin Sargen, Christine Dwyer and De’Lon Grant. She has transitioned into Entertainment management at Walt Disney World where she works with performers in all areas at the parks. When she’s not working on shows and events, she travels the nation as an adjudicator for multiple regional and national dance competitions, sharing her love and knowledge of dance with the future generations. Amber is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Brenda Rodriguez
Brenda Rodriguez began her career as a dancer for the Disneyland Resort while receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from Cal State University Fullerton. She has worked professionally for many companies, tours, special events, shows, film, television and musicians such as Disney, New Balance, the Jonas Bros, Nike, Hershey, Thalia, Luna C Productions, The Who, Paramount Studios, Warner Bros, NBC and many more. Brenda taught at the prestigious Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) for 14 years. There she also coordinated the community outreach program, Camp OCSA, taught the Preparatory Arts Classes in Dance and Directed the extremely successful OCSA Summer Dance Program. In addition to teaching, performing, choreography, adjudication and producing, Brenda has been a Stage Manager for the Disneyland Resort and also for major events like the Super Bowl Halftime Show. She was the Show Director for the National Tour for Barbie with Mattel creating two shows that ran multiple times daily. She still continues to create curriculum for various academic dance programs. Brenda has an immeasurable passion for dance and continues to be an advocate for arts education. She is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Kyle Rostan:
Kyle attended Point Park University with a concentration in Jazz and Choreography. While at Point Park, Kyle had the honor of performing as a soloist in Cinderella; The Ballet, Bob Fosse’s Sing Sing Sing, Susan Stroman’s CONTACT, and Agnes DeMille’s Rodeo, to name a few. Kyle has worked for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and performed with Neil Young, Aaron Carter, Athena Reich- international Lady Gaga Impersonator, and Rick Skye- international Liza Minnelli impersonator. New York Credits Include; BodyArt Dance Co, Flexicurve, Kim Gibilisco Dances, Bawdy: Off-Broadway Cabaret, Sticky Mango Movement, House of Yes, The Novomisle Project, Billy Lykken's 'Sacred Monster', Rick Skye’s BAZAZZ!, and DAMAGEDANCE, where he was a founding member and performed at the Edinburg Fringe Festival. Kyle has choreographed and worked on music videos for nationally renowned band Alteras, and LA based singer/songwriter Gavin Haley. He has judged talent competitions and has taught at many intensives and conventions nationally and internationally. His competitive choreography was heavily awarded at The Pulse Performing Arts Center in Bedford Hills NY, where he was the head of the contemporary department for seven years. Kyle is the founder of a network of artists and tri-coastal dance company called UrbanHumans, a company focused on collaboration, progression, and ferocity. Kyle is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Brittany Sprung
Brittany is a professional dancer, aerialist, adjudicator, and rehearsal director currently based in Las Vegas. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from the University at Buffalo as well as Dance Masters of America and Acrobatic Arts certifications. She has performed with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines, on tour with Disney Live!, at the Pro Bowl half time show, in the Orange Bowl parade, with Samsung Mobile, iHeart Radio, and the Backstreet Boys, and was a featured aerialist on truTV’s Fake Off and Got Talent Spain. Currently, Brittany is a core member of the original aerial group, Piano in the Sky and an aerial rehearsal director for Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines. Brittany is also currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Julie Swartz
A Native of Bel Air, Maryland, Julie is an honors graduate of Rutgers University, where she was a 4-year member of the Nationally-ranked Rutgers Dance Team. She is trained in numerous styles of dance and performed professionally in shows all across the world with Dublin Worldwide Productions, and Holland America Line cruises. Her televisions credits include America's Got Talent, America's Best Dance Crew, and The Daily Show with John Stewart. Most recently, she was a featured dancer in the production of "Broadway's Christmas Wonderland" in Tokyo, Japan. Julie has traveled all over the US choreographing for several studios as well as NFL and Collegiate Dance teams. She now resides in Charlotte, NC and is the owner of "Beyond the Ice", where she trains elite figure skaters in dance, flexibility, strength and technique. In 2020, she served as an assistant choreographer for the US Figure Skating Championships Opening Ceremony in Greensboro, NC. Julie is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Rayne Thiemann
Rayne has been in dance and performing arts their whole life. Their dance training began with the Northeast Atlanta Ballet and the Gwinnett Ballet Theatre. After receiving a BFA in Theatre and Dance from Western Carolina University they went on to perform internationally in various capacities and roles including work as a dancer/aerialist, swing, dance captain, choreographer, and associate director. Favorite performance credits include the national Broadway tours of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Finding Neverland as well as the Asheville Lyric Opera, Alabama Shakes, Cedar Point, and Holland America Cruise Lines. Rayne has been a dance educator since college and has taught, tutored, choreographed, and directed performers of all age ranges and skill levels in a multitude of styles. Most recently, Rayne was thrilled to be a part of the launch of Virgin Voyages as a choreographer and install director. Rayne is also a passionate aerialist and instructor of aerial arts as well as a certified yoga instructor. With 5 years experience as an adjudicator with IDA, Rayne brings deep admiration, appreciation, and joy into the effort of building the safest and most creatively free spaces possible. They are currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Hillary Conrad-Zbyszinski
Hillary is a choreographer, teacher, and performer in the Phoenix area. She is a born and raised Phoenix native where she began her dance journey. After graduating high school, Hillary continued her training at Oklahoma City University where she earned her Bachelors of Performing Arts in Dance Performance. Since graduation she has continued to share her passion for dance by teaching kids in the Phoenix area. She loves to see the excitement on kids’ faces whether they are just having fun, or finally master that difficult step they have been working on. Along with teaching dance, Hillary has also choreographed several full length musicals in the Phoenix area. Some of her favorite choreography credits include Annie staring Bronson Pinchot and Kaitlyn Hopkins, A Christmas Carol the Musical staring Charles Shaughnessy, The Pajama Game and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Hillary has also performed in several shows on top of all the teaching and choreographing. Some of her favorite performance credits include Loraine in 42nd Street, Velma in West Side Story, and Hot Box girl in Guys and Dolls where she served as the Dance Captain. She also enjoys performing with the tap company Tap 24.7 with time permitting. Hillary loves to share her passion and love for dance with not only the kids she teaches or the cast of the musicals, but also to the audiences when she is in-front of the spotlight.
