

Hillary Zbyszinski
Hillary is a choreographer, teacher, and performer based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Born and raised in Arizona, she continued her dance training at Oklahoma City University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance. Since graduation she has continued to share her passion or dance by teaching in the Phoenix area. She loves to see the excitement on kids’ faces if they are just having fun or finally mastering that difficult step they have been working on. Along with teaching, Hillary has also choreographed several musicals. Some of her favorite credits include Annie, My Fair Lady, Pajama Game, and a Christmas Carol The Musical. Hillary has also performed in several shows on top of all the teaching and choreographing. Some of her favorite credits include Loraine in 42nd Street, Velma in West Side Story and a Hot Box Girl in Guys and Dolls. She also enjoys performing in the Tap Company Tap 24.7 with the time permitting. Hillary loves to share her passion and love for dance with not only the kids she teaches or the cast of the musicals, but also to the audiences when she is in front of the spotlight. Hillary is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Kaydee Colobella-Francis
Kaydee has a rich and diverse background in dance. Following in her Mother’s and Sister’s footsteps; Kaydee founded The Dance Zone in Henderson Nevada with co-owner Jami Artiga in 2002. As a dance educator, she is trained in the R.A.D, Focused Flexibility, Tempo-Level-Energy, Paula Morgan, and Twinkle Star curriculum. Kaydee believes every student can achieve their dreams through dance and has helped many students achieve these dreams. Prior students can be found in a wide array of professional dance jobs highlights include: NFL & NBA dance teams, Rockettes, Cirque Du Soleil, Disney and multiple National Broadway Casts. They also can be seen in commercial work dancing for Nicole Scherzinger, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez. Many students have been cast in roles for film and television including the season 3-Winner of So You Think You Can Dance. Kaydee’s students have also found success in the company world with Body Traffic, Cedar Lake, Thodos, Tanya Peres Salas Co., UDG-Vietnam, Fonts and Staats Theater Co. Kaydee is grateful for all the opportunities and relationships her dancing has brought her and is eager to give back by helping others find their success.

Alexandra Frohlinger
Alexandra ("Alex) is a New York based, American and Canadian actor, singer, dancer, stunt performer and teaching artist. She has worked in film, on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and all over the world from North America to Asia. She has adjudicated and taught tap, jazz, ballet, and musical theater master classes for countless competitions and performing arts schools all over the world, including at 'The Dance Experience" competition and convention in Dubai, U.A.E. Alex was a stunt performer in three feature films. She was in the First National Tour of "Hello, Dolly!" starring Betty Buckley (Understudying both Minnie Fay and Ermengarde). She played Anybodys on the first national tour of the "West Side Story" and understudied Charlotte in the First National Tour of "Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella." She was in the original Broadway cast of "Soul Doctor" The Musical. She is very proud to be on the roster of Impact Dance Adjudicators. Above all, Alex hopes to emphasize and spread the importance of integrity, storytelling, teamwork and a joy for Dance!

Danny Dwaine Wells II
Danny is an alumnus of Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and a graduate of San Diego State University's BFA Dance Program. He is a well travelled and versed dancer, performing throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. He has trained at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre (Summer Intensives). Diavolo Dance theater, and Zenon Dance School. Danny has an extensive career working with such artists and choreographers as Todrick Hall, Fatima Robinson, Charm Lodonna, Courtney Miller, Katie Spelman, Ka-Ron B. Brown, Queen Latifah, Raja From Rupaul's Drag Race season 1, and Alex Newell. As a performer Danny Dwaine has received opportunities that have shaped him as a human and an artist. His blessings of being able to perform in spectacular venues, breathtaking productions, being guided and supported by awe inspiring directors, choreographers and fellow actors has truly left him in bliss at where he is currently in life and what the future holds. His resume demonstrates his versatility as a performer. Hair, Hairspray, Shrek, The Musical (Marriott Theatre Three Little Pigs/Donkey understudy), Saturday night Fever (Drurylane Theatre), Cabaret and Elf the Musical (Paramount Theatre), La Cage Aux Folles, Sesame Street Live (Cookie Monster), Little Mermaid (Sebastian), Dreamgirls, and the life changing role of Matron Mama Morton in Chicago. Each show has unearthed a new side to humanity and opened a new way of receiving the world, which shows in his approach to choreograph storytelling, diverse casting and process of working with fellow performers. He strives to challenge the audiences paradigm and create change through authenticity and engaging conversation.

Troy Haywood
Troy is a 32-year-old choreographer and dancer born, raised, and living in North Carolina. After graduating high-school Troy spent five years dancing and teaching professionally all across the east coast. Living primarily in Miami, Florida he worked as dancer with Royal Caribbean, choreographed and performed in music videos and company shows, taught at local conventions, met some of the greatest people in the world, and fell deeply in love with a different side of dance: creating. Upon moving back home to Charlotte In 2011, Troy dedicated his career solely to choreography and teaching. Since then his dynamic teaching style and choreography has traveled him to New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta and many more beautiful cities in the country. His work has gone on to be awarded and seen on competitive stages, the big and small screen, and some of the hottest venues all over the United States. Troy is honored and humbled to have the ability to remain hands on with the next generation of dancers while also pursuing his love of performing. His goals are to continue educating children, teenagers, and adults alike while continuing to dance professionally for many years to come. He is also currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Paul Thiemann
Paul was born and raised in the southeast and has been performing since the age of eight. He studied dance with the Northeast Atlanta Ballet and Gwinnett Ballet Theatre and went on to complete his BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance from Western Carolina University under the direction of Broadway veteran, Terrence Mann. For the past eight years, Paul has been working s a performer, dance captain, swing, teacher, and creative collaborator. Paul's performance career has taken him all over the globe working with companies like Holland America Cruise Lines, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Asheville Lyric Opera, and the Broadway National tours of Finding Neverland and Andy Blankenbuehler's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Paul's aerial journey began back in 2016 with his first private class and he's been hooked ever since His first aerial performance job was aboard the MS Eurodam and later the MS Noordam with Holland America Cruise Lines and RWS & Associated. During the pandemic Paul returned to his aerial pursuits and is now part of the instructor team for Dragonfly Aerial Company in Colorado Springs. Outside of performance, Paul is an award winning choreographer, artist, certified Yoga teacher, and professional dance adjudicator with Impact Dance Adjudicators. He is thrilled to be brining all of his experiences with him to the adjudicating table.

Savannah Tardibono-Nix
Growing up in a family of dances, Savannah trained and competed extensively in all major dance styles. She received state and national honors such as Miss Dance of Oklahoma, and trained under the later Robert L. Reed II as a member of the "St. Louis Hoofers Club." She has appeared in numerous performances and televised events, including traveling to the Beijing summer olympics to perform. Savannah studied dance at the University of Central Oklahoma and completed her bachelor's Degree at Southwestern Christian University, where she was captain of the dance team. She is certified to teach through Dance Masters of America, where she is the Vice President of The Central Tri-State Chapter. Most recently, Savannah performed in the North American Debut of Derek Deane's "Strictly Gershwin" with the Tulsa Ballet with a passion to pass on the love of dance to the next generation. Savannah has taught internationally at workshops in universities, churches, and orphanages, as well as Darrin Henson's "House of Hip Hop." Her choreography and students have placed in national competitions and have won numerous state and national honors in various competition circuits. Her students have gone on to be in collegiate dance programs, pom squads, and have been accepted into various prestigious dance intensives. For over 10 years, Savannah has taught and served as the company director at her mother's dance school in Oklahoma City. Savannah is currently on the roster of dance Competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Amber Nadelkov
Amber is a dancer, teacher, choreographer and creator in the Central Florida area. After spending many years expanding on her creative knowledge, vocabulary and experience in cities such as Tampa, New York City and Nashville, she maintains an active performing career at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL where she performs on Cinderella’s Castle Stage in Magic Kingdom as well as in Beauty and the Beast Live Onstage at Hollywood Studios. She has also performed alongside artists such as Disney’s Descendants and Meghan Trainor for nationally televised Christmas specials. When not performing full time, she also teaches, choreographs, stages, and manages events for multiple production companies. Amber choreographs and teaches for the Stars youth program dance workshops at Universal Studios Orlando. When she’s not working in the professional world of entertainment she travels the nation as a judge for regional and national dance competitions, sharing her love and knowledge of dance with the future generations. Amber is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Christina Fuschetto
Christina is a professional dancer and choreographer based in California, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University. From a early age Christina grew up competing on the east coast and attended the Pre-Professional Program at Steps on Broadway. Recent Credits include Broadway Christmas Wonderland National Tour (Ensemble), Norwegian Cruise Lines (Dancer/Singer) Legends in Concert (Dancer), Christmas On Ice (Dance Captain) and DSP Live! US Concert Tour (Dancer) When she is not performing Christina loves teaching master dance classes and yoga. She is also currently on the roster of Dance Competition Judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Tara Freiburg
Tara began dancing when she was 3 years old and has been in love with the art of dance her whole life. Over the years, she immersed herself in dance and is compelled to share this fascination with others. Tara has over 20 years of experience as a dance instructor and choreographer. Her dance education includes ballet, pointe, lyrical, tap, jazz and hip hop. Tara loves sharing her passion of dance and enjoys watching her students grow and advance to the next level. She takes pride in bringing out the best in each dancer she has the opportunity to work with. Her students and choreography have won many top honors, and many of her students have gone on to dance professionally. After being involved in the competitive dance world for almost 3 decades as a dancer and a teacher, she feels she has great knowledge and experience to pass along to dancers. Whatever the goal of the dancer may be, to the tiniest most novice dancer to the most advanced teenage aspiring professional dancer, Tara trains and adjudicates everyone the same, with a keen eye and a loving heart. You can find her behind the judges table at many of the top dance competitions in the country, and is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators

Abigail Gatlin
Abigail Gatlin is a New York City based performer and educator. Favorite credits include the Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Rockette), national and international tours of Disney's Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl, Babette Cover), Cats (Bombalurina, Demeter), The Producers (Usherette), White Christmas (Rita), La Cage Aux Folles (Cagelle) and Shrek (Mama Bear). Originally from Cleveland, TN she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Birmingham Southern College with a major in musical Theatre and a minor in dance. Other training includes Broadway Dance Center's professional semester and summer intensives at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and North Carolina School of the Arts. She regularly teaches masterclasses in precision jazz and musical theatre at studios around the country and at Broadway Dance Center in NYC. Abigail is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with impact dance adjudicators.
