Ashleigh Hunter Avery

Ashleigh Hunter Avery comes from a family of dance. She trained at Dance Theatre of Jacksonville in NC under her mother, Desiree LeFebvre, and later with the Corpus Christi Ballet. Ashleigh's versatility has enabled her career to include concert and commercial dance both on stage and screen. Some of her credits include dancing with Carolyn Dorfman Dance in NYC, Good Morning America (LMFAO), The Late Show with David Letterman (Martha Wash/Paul Shaffer), Fuller House, and commercials for Spotify, VRBO, and Lexus. Ashleigh had the privilege of working with and performing works by choreographers such as JoAnn Hunter, Otis Sallid, Peter Chu, Kyle Hanagami, Doug Elkins, and Carolyn Dorfman. Dancing professionally has given her the opportunity to not only perform in NYC and LA, but across the US and Europe. Most recently, she can be seen dancing in Carlos López Estrada’s (Blindspotting, Raya and The Last Dragon) newly released film, Summertime, with choreography by Andrew Winghart. In addition to performing, Ashleigh also teaches and choreographs throughout the country. She lives in sunny Los Angeles and is represented by Independent Artist Entertainment and is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Derek Crescenti Axis Dance Competition Judge

Derek Crescenti

Derek Crescenti is a dance artist and educator currently residing in Seattle, WA. Originally from Michigan, he grew up dancing with Suzette’s Masters of Dance and graduated from the University of Michigan with a BFA in Dance. He has danced professionally in concert dance and theater for the past 10 years with choreographers Donald Byrd, Larry Keigwin, Chase Brock, and Mark Morris among others. Derek has taught on faculty with The Taylor School of Paul Taylor Dance Company as well as DeSales University, and is a pre-doctoral instructor and graduate student with the Dance Department at the University of Washington. Derek is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Christina Fuschetto - Axis Dance Judge

Christina Fuschetto

Christina Fuschetto Scala is a professional dancer, dance adjudicator, and choreographer. Originally from New York, she attended the Pre – Professional program at STEPS on Broadway and received her BFA from Pace University. She has toured nationally and internationally with Broadway Christmas Wonderland (Dance Captain/Swing), Christmas on Ice (Dance Captain), Dancing Queen (Dance Captain), Le Grand Cirque, Legends in Concert, DSP Live! Devi Sri Prasad US Concert Tour (Bollywood Dancer), and Norwegian Cruise Lines (Dancer/Singer). Christina is a Resident Director for Dublin Worldwide Productions, setting production shows in US and Canada. When she is not traveling, she resides in San Diego as a Performance Company Director and master class teacher. Christina is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Rob Gibbs - Axis Dance Judge

Rob Gibbs

Robb Gibbs is an award winning actor/dancer/choreographer/educator currently in Massachusetts known for his love and education of tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, lyrical, musical theatre, piano, voice, and drama. He is a graduate of the American Musical & Dramatic Academy of NY. He has performed Off-Broadway, across the country, and Canada in productions of "A Chorus Line", "42nd St", "Singin' In the Rain", "Hello, Dolly!", "How to Succeed...", "George M!", "Damn Yankees", "Chicago!", "Rocket Man" and many more. Robb has judged over the past ten years on the regional and national level and choreographed for national dance teams. Robb is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Katie Lebron Axis Dance Competition Judge

Katie Lebron

Katie Lebron is a Chicago based performing artist, educator, adjudicator and choreographer. She has trained across the country at Debbie Reynolds, Millennium Dance Complex, Visceral (Scholarship Program), and the Lou Conte Dance Studio (Work-Study Program). Katie was also one of less than 30 students selected worldwide to participate in the BLUEPRINT Summer Program at the Capezio Peridance Center in NYC. Some favorite performances include: West Side Story, Nomi Dance Company, UPS, McDonalds, MAC Cosmetics, "Empire" on FOX, and Norwegian Cruise Lines, where she worked as a dancer, aerialist, and magician's assistant. Katie has taught at Millennium Dance Complex, the Lou Conte Dance Studio, and the Chicago National Association of Dance Makers, CNADM. She has choreographed for the Disneyland Hong Kong audition tour, as well as for numerous local dance teams, companies, and soloists, with choreography placing in the top 12 at YAGP. Katie is also a group fitness instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, print model and actress. Katie is passionate about staying connected to her roots through the youth competitive dance circuit. She serves as both a director and adjudicator for multiple competitions. Katie is currently on the roster with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Ashley Marinelli Axis Dance Competitions Judge

Ashley Marinelli

Ashley Marinelli is a Broadway World Award Winning, KCCTF Award Winning, IRNE Award winning and Helen Hayes Nominated choreographer, director and performer. She is a proud graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance in Austria. As a performer, Ashley splits her time between the concert, commercial and musical theater worlds. Favorite performances include music videos for Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey, concerts with Ne-Yo, Lady Sovereign, Shakira, Shangela and events for X-Box, Wii, Rite Aid, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, The American Heart Association, Bose Headphones, Ray-Ban, and Cirque du Soleil. Choreographic collaborations include work with Susan Marshall, Jill Johnson, William Forsythe, Andrea Miller, Sidra Bell and Andy Blankenbuehler. Favorite musicals include An American in Paris, Newsies, Shrek, West Side Story, Mary Poppins, Grease, A Funny Thing...Forum, and White Christmas. She teaches Broadway Dance Center, Peridance Capezio Center and is a professor in the Dance/Musical Theater department at Long Island University Post and Marymount Manhattan. Jonathan McGill Axis Dance Competitions Judge

Jonathan McGill

Jonathan  a Los Angeles native, received his BFA in dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. After graduating, he had the honor of dancing with Beyoncé in a surprise benefit concert in New York, thus jump-starting his career in dance. Career highlights include: the Broadway and tour companies of Wicked, the national tour of Movin’ Out (working with dance legend Twyla Tharp), the Radio City Christmas Spectacular (starring the Rockettes), Mamma Mia (La Mirada Theater), and Tale of the Lion King (Disneyland). Other credits: Hacks (HBOMax), Street Jazz with Rhapsody, as well as being “Rotten to the Core” with Sofia Carson for ¡Feliz 2016! (Univision). Jonathan McGill is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Amber Nadelkov - Axis Dance Judge

Amber Nadelkov

Amber is a choreographer, teacher, dancer and creator in the Central Florida area. After spending many years expanding on her creative knowledge, vocabulary and experience in cities such as Tampa, New York City and Nashville, she maintained an active performing career at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL where she performed as an Actors Equity dancer on Cinderella’s Castle Stage at the Magic Kingdom and Beauty and the Beast, Live Onstage at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. She performed alongside artists such as Disney’s Descendants and Meghan Trainor for nationally televised Disney Christmas specials. Has danced back up for LeAnn Rimes, Deborah Cox, and Debbie Gibson for events and live performances. She is a choreographer, teacher, staging specialist, and event manager for multiple production companies across the country. Most recently she choreographed an AEA productions of Rock of Ages and Something Rotten! in Winter Garden, FL with casts including Broadway veterans such as Justin Sargen, Christine Dwyer and De’Lon Grant. She has transitioned into Entertainment management at Walt Disney World where she works with performers in all areas at the parks. When she’s not working on shows and events, she travels the nation as an adjudicator for multiple regional and national dance competitions, sharing her love and knowledge of dance with the future generations. Kalie Ann Nassoura Axis Dance Competitions Judge

Kalie Ann Nassoura

Kalie-Ann is a Los Angeles-based professional dancer and actress represented by Go2Talent and Bicoastal Mgmt. She has danced with The Weeknd, SZA, New Kids On The Block, Tinashe, Mike Posner, and Louis The Child. She can be seen in commercials for brands such as Nike, Toyota, TCL, Sonic Drive-In, AT&T, Nerf, Doosan, Sony Music, and more. She toured Europe with Art on Ice where she danced with artists Mel C, Rag'n'Bone Man, Elle, and Gjon's Tears. Most recently, she just returned from a national tour dancing with Elyanna. Her choreography has been showcased at Paris Fashion Week along with a variety of music videos, commercials, and live performances around the world. She is best known for her principal role on the Emmy Nominated Disney Plus Show 'Shook'. She grew up in competition dance on the East Coast, spending her summers training at the Joffrey School of Ballet. She began working in the commercial dance world in LA at the age of 16 and hasn't looked back since. While balancing working in the commercial world and attending university, Kalie-Ann received her BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from Elon University along with a B.A. in Strategic Communications. In addition to training and working around the country, she has also had the honor of teaching all around the country. She has had the pleasure of working with dancers of all levels ranging in age from 2 to 82. These experiences have provided Kalie-Ann with a wealth of knowledge on how to help any dancer work to improve from where they're at in their dance journey. She brings this knowledge paired with her industry experience as a professional dancer with her each time she steps behind the judge's table. When she is not dancing, teaching, or judging you can find her hanging out with her four legged best friend Leonard. Kalie-Ann is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Brenda Rodriguez Axis Dance Competitions Judge

Brenda Rodriguez

Brenda began her career as a dancer for the Disneyland Resort while receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from Cal State University Fullerton. She has worked professionally for many companies, tours, special events, shows, film, television and musicians such as Disney, New Balance, the Jonas Bros, Nike, Hershey, Thalia, Luna C Productions, The Who, Paramount Studios, Warner Bros, NBC and many more. Brenda taught at the prestigious Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) for 14 years teaching everything from advanced jazz to dance history, improvisation, acting, and choreography composition. There she also coordinated the community outreach program, Camp OCSA, taught the Preparatory Arts Classes in Dance and Directed the extremely successful OCSA Summer Dance Program. She expanded into production roles and was the Production Manager for South Coast Conservatory in Orange County mounting the Spring Ballets, annual Recitals, and The Nutcracker. In addition to teaching, performing, choreography, adjudication and producing, Brenda has been a Stage Manager for the Disneyland Resort and also for major events like the Super Bowl Halftime Show. She was the Show Director for the National Tour for Barbie with Mattel creating two shows that ran multiple times daily. She still continues to create curriculum for various academic dance programs. Brenda has an immeasurable passion for dance and continues to be an advocate for arts education. She is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Paul Thiermann - Axis Dance Judge

Paul Thiemann

Paul was born and raised in the southeast and has been performing since the age of eight. He studied dance with the Northeast Atlanta Ballet and Gwinnett Ballet Theatre and went on to complete his BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Dance from Western Carolina University under the direction of Broadway veteran, Terrence Mann. For the past eight years, Paul has been working s a performer, dance captain, swing, teacher, and creative collaborator. Paul's performance career has taken him all over the globe working with companies like Holland America Cruise Lines, the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Asheville Lyric Opera, and the Broadway National tours of Finding Neverland and Andy Blankenbuehler's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Paul's aerial journey began back in 2016 with his first private class and he's been hooked ever since  His first aerial performance job was aboard the MS Eurodam and later the MS Noordam with Holland America Cruise Lines and RWS & Associated. During the pandemic Paul returned to his aerial pursuits and is now part of the instructor team for Dragonfly Aerial Company in Colorado Springs. Outside of performance, Paul is an award winning choreographer, artist, certified Yoga teacher, and professional dance adjudicator with Impact Dance Adjudicators. He is thrilled to be brining all of his experiences with him to the adjudicating table.

Hillary Conrad-Zbyszinski Axis Dance Competitions Judge

Hillary Conrad-Zbyszinski

Hillary
is a choreographer, teacher, and performer in the Phoenix area. She is a born and raised Phoenix native where she began her dance journey. After graduating high school, Hillary continued her training at Oklahoma City University where she earned her Bachelors of Performing Arts in Dance Performance. Since graduation she has continued to share her passion for dance by teaching kids in the Phoenix area. She loves to see the excitement on kids’ faces whether they are just having fun, or finally master that difficult step they have been working on. Along with teaching dance, Hillary has also choreographed several full length musicals in the Phoenix area. Some of her favorite choreography credits include Annie staring Bronson Pinchot and Kaitlyn Hopkins, A Christmas Carol the Musical staring Charles Shaughnessy, The Pajama Game and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Hillary has also performed in several shows on top of all the teaching and choreographing. Some of her favorite performance credits include Loraine in 42nd Street, Velma in West Side Story, and Hot Box girl in Guys and Dolls where she served as the Dance Captain. She also enjoys performing with the tap company Tap 24.7 with time permitting. Hillary loves to share her passion and love for dance with not only the kids she teaches or the cast of the musicals, but also to the audiences when she is in-front of the spotlight. Hillary is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
